What does a Shift Supervisor/Team Lead do?

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators. 

What do I need to get a Shift Supervisor/Team Lead job?

Students will be awarded a Continuing Education Workforce Training Certificate, and will have access to a Continuing Education academic record (transcript). The length of this program is 6 months. Courses start in September and February at CCBC Hunt Valley and CCBC Owings Mills. Supervisors are also promoted from several different production line positions.
