• What types of services from the workforce system partners do their customers most frequently need?
• Who is eligible for their services?  How should system partners refer people to their services?
• What is their intake process?  What assessments do they perform?
• What emergency services do they offer?
• How can their organization help our common customers?
• What are the steps for customers to use their services?
• How long can customers remain eligible for their services?
• How can you prepare customers to come to them?
