Skills Workshop #2: The POWER of Questions

In Workshop #2, the team explores the nature of questions. How questions influence how we (and others) think, behave, and relate, and how they affect outcomes. We learn how to use different types of questions to gain increased depths of understanding and insight into people, organizations, and ultimately our culture. While this workshop is presented in the context of strategy and planning, this session will be very useful for people who work directly with workforce system customers.
